I’m Brenna, a certified health coach, personal trainer and postpartum companion— currently deepening my knowledge through a powerful postpartum mentorship.
I believe that health is multifaceted and deeply personal, which is why my work weaves together movement, nutrition, nervous system support, mindset and the emotional landscape of motherhood — because no single piece tells the whole story.
My work supports women through the whole arc of motherhood — from those tender early weeks, through the longer season of rebuilding: body, identity, nervous system, nourishment, community and sense of self.
I take a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly approach across everything I do. Because mothers carry more than most people can see — and the support they receive should actually reflect that.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about walking beside you while you find your way back to yourself.

For mothers struggling to feel like themselves again — ready to rebuild their energy, their relationship with their body and their health in a way that actually fits their life.
We work across six areas: movement and fitness, nutrition and eating, sleep and nervous system, mindset and identity, relationships and community and connection to nature. Trauma-informed. Neurodivergent-friendly. Body neutral.
From $225/month — 3-month minimum.
In-Home Postpartum Support
In those raw early weeks, what a mother needs most is presence — a witness.
My in-home postpartum companion care provides practical support, emotional holding and nourishing guidance through the physical and emotional landscape of new motherhood. New spaces open July 2026.

My Philosophy
Postpartum has been hurried, minimised and quietly stolen from us.
In a world that worships productivity and bouncing back, mothers are asked to rise before they have even rested. To shrink back into their pre-baby bodies, their pre-baby selves, their pre-baby lives — as though the most profound transformation a woman can move through is merely a minor inconvenience to rush past.
But this season was never meant to be rushed.
It is a threshold.
A transformation.
A time for deep rest, repair and remembering.
And it doesn’t end at six weeks. For many mothers the real work of postpartum — rebuilding strength, reclaiming identity, restoring the nervous system, finding your feet in a body and a life that have fundamentally changed — unfolds over months. Sometimes years.
The modern world may not fully make space for that —
but I believe we can reclaim small, sacred remnants of what was always ours.
And that is where I begin…

Why This Care Matters
Supported mothers recover faster. They experience fewer mental health challenges. They bond more easily, feel more confident and are better able to show up for the people they love.
But beyond the research — supported mothers simply feel less alone through the most important threshold of their lives. And that changes everything.
Because postpartum is not just a recovery period — it is a sacred window. The way a mother is supported in this season ripples forward into the rest of her life. Her long term health, her sense of self, her vitality, her relationships. There is no better time to invest in yourself than now — not because you have to earn it, but because you deserve to begin the next chapter of your life feeling strong, nourished and supported.
