How it works:

We meet live every fortnight for a group coaching and Q&A session, with an integration week in between. Each session covers a different pillar of your recovery, with simple reflection questions and action steps. All sessions are recorded — if you can’t make it live, the replay is sent out the same day. You’ll have access to a private community throughout the program, plus a welcome session before we begin so you feel clear and ready from day one.

What makes this different?

Postpartum care in Australia is fragmented at best and invisible at worst. If pregnancy is about nourishing the baby, postpartum is about nourishing the mother — and that’s exactly where the system falls short.
