Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy sets out the terms for cancellation of services and eligibility for refunds at The Lifestyle Remedy. It applies to all services across both streams — Health Coaching and Nurture + Bloom Postpartum Doula Support. It is written in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
Stream 1 — Health Coaching
1. One-to-one health coaching
Minimum terms
- Focus area package — 3-month minimum commitment
- Whole health package — 6-month minimum commitment

| Cancellation after minimum term | 30 days written notice required. Final month charged in full. |
| Cancellation by The Lifestyle Remedy | Full refund of any unused sessions. Minimum 14 days notice provided. |
| Cancellation due to serious illness or injury | Considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. |
Session rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice via email or WhatsApp
- Sessions missed without 24 hours notice are forfeited with no refund or replacement
- Where The Lifestyle Remedy needs to reschedule, a replacement session will be offered
2. Group programs

3. Webinars
All webinar sales are final. No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
A replay of the webinar will be provided to all registered attendees regardless of whether you attend live. By purchasing a webinar ticket you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Single sessions
- Cancellation 48+ hours before session — full refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before session — no refund
- No-show without notice — session forfeited, no refund
Stream 2 — Nurture + Bloom Postpartum Doula Support
The Nurture + Bloom package is a high-touch, capacity-limited service. Because Brenna Keogh reserves her time and resources specifically for each client from the moment of booking, this package is non-refundable in most circumstances. The following exceptions apply.
5. Nurture + Bloom — cancellation and refunds

| Cancellation before any planning visits have commenced | Full refund of fees paid less a $150 administration fee reflecting time and administrative costs incurred. Refunds are not available for change of mind without documented reason and are at the sole discretion of The Lifestyle Remedy. |
| Cancellation after planning visits have commenced but before postpartum visits begin | Full refund less a $500 administration fee reflecting the value of completed planning visits, preparation time and opportunity cost of the held spot. Refunds are not available for change of mind without documented reason and are at the sole discretion of The Lifestyle Remedy. |
| Cancellation after postpartum visits have commenced | No refund. The value of services delivered is considered fulfilled. |
| Early or premature birth — including NICU admission | Considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion. Options include deferring visits, adjusting the schedule or cancelling with a full refund and no financial penalty. |
| Serious medical, health or significant lifestyle circumstances | Considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion and discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested. |
| Cancellation by The Lifestyle Remedy | Full refund of all fees paid. Minimum 14 days notice provided where possible. A referral to another postpartum doula will be offered. |
6. Nurture + Bloom — deposit and final payment
- Where a deposit payment option is selected, the final payment (remaining balance) is due by 36 weeks of pregnancy or four weeks prior to the estimated due date — whichever comes first
- Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the spot being released
- The specific deposit and final payment amounts are confirmed in booking communications prior to signing — these amounts are locked in at the time of signing regardless of future pricing changes
- Payment plans are non-refundable once both payments have been received, except in the circumstances listed above
7. Nurture + Bloom — visit rescheduling
- In-home visits may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice via WhatsApp or email
- Visits missed without 24 hours notice are forfeited with no refund or replacement
- Where Brenna Keogh needs to reschedule, a replacement visit will be offered at the earliest available time
8. How to request a refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to thelifestyleremedy@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your full name
- The service you purchased and the date of purchase
- The reason for your request
- Your preferred resolution
We will respond within 5 business days.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure you are entitled to a refund. If a service has a minor failure we will remedy it within a reasonable time. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.
