Beyond Birth

BEYOND BIRTH

Most mothers plan everything about the birth. Almost no one plans what comes after. But you’re here — which means you’re already doing things differently.

Beyond Birth is your 6-week circle to prepare for a postpartum experience that actually supports you.

What is Beyond Birth?

A holistic, culturally-informed and deeply supportive circle for expecting mothers — a guided 6-week experience where you’ll plan, prepare and connect with other women doing the same.

The fourth trimester is the part no one prepares you for.

Most antenatal care stops at birth. You’ll get advice on labour, on feeding, on what to pack in your hospital bag — but almost nothing on what happens when you come home.

The exhaustion. The overwhelm. The mental load that appears from nowhere. Feeling like everyone else seems to be coping and you’re just surviving.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

With the right preparation, the fourth trimester can be something you move through with intention — not something you just survive.

This is for you if…

✦ you’re pregnant and want to feel prepared, not blindsided, after birth
✦ you’ve seen other mothers struggle and don’t want that to be your story
✦ you have limited support around you and want to build a plan before baby arrives
✦ you want to understand what postpartum actually looks like physically, emotionally, practically
✦ you’re done piecing it together from Instagram and Google and want real, guided support
✦ you want to enter the fourth trimester with intention, not just hope for the best

FAQ

How far along do I need to be to join? Ideally between 20-30 weeks pregnant — far enough along to start planning practically, with enough time before birth to implement what you learn.

What if I’ve already had a baby? Every postpartum experience is different. If you’re expecting again and want to do it differently this time, this circle is absolutely for you.

How much time do I need each week? Each live session runs for approximately 60 minutes. The reflective workbook is designed to be worked through gently in your own time — no pressure, no deadlines.

What if I miss a live session? All sessions are recorded and sent out the same day. You won’t miss a thing.

How many women are in the circle? Places are intentionally limited to keep the group intimate and the conversations meaningful.

What’s the investment? $197 for the full 6 weeks. Payment plans available — reach out before joining if you need one.

What if I have a medical or mental health concern? This program is education and wellness support, not medical advice. Always continue working with your doctor or midwife alongside this program.
