The Lifestyle Remedy provides health coaching, postpartum wellness support, group programs, webinars and educational content. Our services are delivered online via Microsoft Teams, JotForm, email and WhatsApp.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement which sets out the specific terms, fees and conditions applicable to your chosen package.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over. By engaging our services you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

5. Intellectual property

All content on The Lifestyle Remedy website and within our programs — including text, images, graphics, program materials, workbooks and templates — is the intellectual property of The Lifestyle Remedy and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or share our content without prior written permission. Content is provided for your personal use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Lifestyle Remedy is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or outcome arising from your participation in our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results from our services. Results vary between individuals and depend on your engagement, effort and individual circumstances. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.
